Psalms 34:8

8. Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him!

There is no difference between evangelism and discipleship. Jesus discipled many, including those who were not actually believers, most notably Judas.

Matthew 10:1-8

Only God can know the heart, only he can know who is a true believer and who is not. Therefore we make few claims on who is saved and who isn’t. We simply invite all to follow Jesus and be his disciple and trust the Holy Spirit to convict and save.

As appropriate, we call those to repent and believe, that is, to admit they are wrong, have evil tendencies, and to trust Jesus to help them change.

Mark 1:15

15. and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."

We affirm we cannot save anyone, and instead trust God to save. Therefore, we are primarily concerned with introducing people to Jesus and showing his love to them rather than tell them how they should behave.

We believe God invites all to be saved. We believe God invites all races, all nationalities, all genders, from all time. No one will go to hell simply because they were born in the wrong place or in the wrong century.

1 Peter 3:18-20

18. For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit,

19. in which he went and proclaimed to the spirits in prison,

20. because they formerly did not obey, when God's patience waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through water.

We believe this plan to invite all and to transform has been his plan all along since the creation of time.

Jonah 4:11

11. And should I not have concern for the great city of Nineveh, in which there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left—and also many animals?”

Matthew 23:37

37. “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.

Genesis 14:18-19

18. Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,

19. and he blessed Abram, saying, “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth.

Hebrews 7:17

17. For it is declared: “You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.”

Hebrews 7:22

22. Because of this oath, Jesus has become the guarantor of a better covenant.

Hebrews 7:25

25. Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.
